Securing a sale is just the beginning of the process. Once you’ve gained an order, you’ll need to meticulously manage it through design, production, delivery or installation, and billing. Our Steps

A Typical Day for an Image360 Franchise Member

Throughout the course of a regular business day, your daily activities will vary. Here are some typical tasks you might prioritize:

Manage Your Team:

Recruit, train, and manage your team. Image360 Centers typically start with two employees (including you) and can grow to over 10. New to this? Don’t sweat it, we provide support.

Signage Production:

You and your team will design and produce many graphics, signs and displays in-house. Other fabrications will be outsourced — most often to well-qualified vendors vetted for you by the Image360 network.

Equipment Needs:

We stay on top of the newest equipment and latest software. Better yet, we use the power of our network to negotiate advantageous prices if you need upgrades. And, on top of that, we offer ongoing technology help-desk support.

Travel and Networking:

Occasional travel to attend Franchise Member conventions and other networking opportunities to grow as an Image360 owner. You’ll attend training sessions and network with fellow franchise owners.

Pursue Leads:

Some prospects will walk through your doors. However, most of your high-value clients are captured through networking and referrals. Our Home Office Business Development Coaches will train you on every step of the process and how to keep your clients coming back. Additional business will come from the many promotional programs we administer in support of our Franchise Members. One example? Your locally branded Image360 website.
